TrackR ติดต่อกับ โทรศัพท์ ในระยะ 30 เมตร หรือ 100 ฟุต
ถ้าใช้ iOS สามารถรองรับได้ถึง 10 ชิ้น
แต่ ถ้า Android สามารถรองรับ ได้แล้วแต่ ความสามารถของ เครื่องแต่ละรุ่น แต่ละยี่ห้อ
มือถือเกือบทุกยี่ีห้อ ที่สามารถรัน iOS หรือ Android สามารถใช้งานร่วมกับ TrackR ได้
หากท่านพบ error หรือ bug บนอุปกรณ์ ท่านสามารถแก้ไขง่ายๆ ได้ดังนี้
1. ปิด Blue tooth บนมือถือ สัก 3 วินาที
2. ถอด Battery ของ TrackR เพื่อทำการ Reset ตัวอุปกรณ์ และ นำ battery ใส่กลับอีกครั้ง
3. ทำการ เปิด Blue tooth และ Detect|Add TrackR ใหม่อีกครั้ง
4. ปฎิบัติตามขั้นตอน วิธีการใช้ TrackR คลิ๊กที่นี่

You can purchase a TrackR device at the following locations: http://shop.trackr.co.th/
TrackR devices will stay connected with your phone up to 100 feet, conditions may vary in range. After the 100 feet, the TrackR device will disconnect and record your last known GPS location on a map located in the TrackR App.
In addition, after the 100 ft the Crowd GPS feature enables you to find your items after they have been lost. When an item goes missing with a TrackR device attached, all TrackR enabled phones will begin to search for that item. When another user comes nearby the lost item, that user’s phone will anonymously ping our server to update the items item’s owner with new GPS coordinates of when & where it was last seen. We currently have the largest active Crowd GPS network and we are constantly building this network so the updates become more real time, ensuring any item will be found.
Yes! At this time, the Tile device can pair to our TrackR App on the Android Platform!
We will be working to make this a feature on the iOS Platform soon as well!
Apple iOS devices can pair up to 10 TrackRs at one time.
Android smart devices can pair up to 2 TrackRs at one time. Some may connect to 3, depending on the model. For updates on multiple device connection with Android
Please try the following steps:
1) Remove the device from the app by selecting app settings->edit->select the device to delete it.
2) Go to your phone settings and select bluetooth & unpair the device.
3) Remove the batteries from the device & wait 30 seconds.
4) Insert the batteries into the device and press the button to turn the device on.
5) The LED light should blink blue.
6) Attempt to connect using the TrackR app.
If the LED on the device does not blink when you insert batteries, please try the following steps:
1) Remove batteries
2) Make sure the app is no longer tracking the device
3) Unpair the device from phone in the phone’s bluetooth settings menu
4) Press and hold button on device for 10 seconds
5) Reinsert batteries
The light should blink blue at this point. If this does not happen, please contact email@example.com

In addition, we have just partnered with OpenGarden and have added 5,000,000 new users to our network!
If you are experiencing bluetooth connectivity issues, please follow these steps carfeully, as this should resolve the issue:
1) Remove/delete the device from the TrackR app within the app’s settings. Go into the phone’s Bluetooth settings and choose to un-pair with the TrackR.
2) Remove the batteries from the TrackR device and wait 30 seconds.
3) Switch the phone’s bluetooth to off and then back to on.
4) Open the TrackR app and select the option to add a new device.
5) Reinsert the batteries into the TrackR. The TrackR’s LED light should blink blue.
6) Select refresh in the add device screen and the phone should appear. Select “phonehalo” or “tkr” and opt to pair the device with the phone.
The device LED light should be off at all times unless it is in pairing mode (as mentioned above) or you have chosen to ring the device through the app.

No. TrackRs may only be connected to one phone/iPad/device at a time. Although you may alternate connections between phones/devices when needed, the trackR cannot connect to multiple devices simultaneously

Unfortunately, TrackR does not hold current plans to extend support to phones other than iOS 7 and Android 4.4 devices (with Bluetooth 4.0). Although we would love to, we do not have the appropriate resources to do so at this time.

Yes, TrackR devices work around every corner of the globe.
Our TrackR devices and TrackR app are compatible with the iPhone 4s & later versions with iOS7, iPad Retina & later versions with iOS7, and Android 4.4 devices with Bluetooth Low Energy (Bluetooth 4.0).
TrackR devices are only water-resistant, and not waterproof. So unfortunately, they can’t be submerged in water, but are able to withstand light moisture.
With the purchase of our newest product, TrackR bravo (http://shop.trackr.com/), we offer an Accessory Pack which includes three accessories of your choice. Wallet TrackR is an ultra thin device that can easily slip inside a wallet or be attached to any commonly misplaced item via lanyard. It has been designed specifically to comfortably fit inside any wallet and withstand being sat on continuously.
StickR TrackR is our smallest TrackR device. For this reason, it is very multi-functional. It can be attached to numerous items via adhesive backing or lanyard.
TrackR bravo is thin like Wallet TrackR – about 1 mm thinner – and multi-functional like StickR TrackR – round and discrete so it can be attached or stuck to anything. In addition, TrackR bravo is designed from the same aluminum as popular Apple products so it’s very sleek and durable, and features a suicide battery tray that makes replacing batteries easier than ever before.
All of our newest versions of StickR and Wallet TrackR devices use CR2016 batteries, which are available at your local grocery or hardware store.
TrackR bravo will use CR1616 batteries.
With normal use, StickR TrackR batteries will last 1 year.
With normal use, Wallet TrackR batteries will last 1 year.
With normal use, TrackR bravo batteries will last 1 year.
Hi TrackR Customers,
If your batteries show up dead upon arrival, please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.
-First, press the button on your TrackR, and look to see if the blue LED light flashes or the device beeps
-If this does not turn the device on, please take the batteries out of the device, and put them back in and close the device. Then try pressing the button again to see if the LED light turns on and the device beeps
-Turn Bluetooth off, and then back on, in your device settings
-If you have an iPhone:
-Go to Settings–>Bluetooth–>Devices–>click on the i next to the device–>forget the device
-If you have an Android:
-Go to Settings–>Bluetooth–>Click on the Settings sign–>Click on unpair
-Then try putting in the batteries, and then try to repair
-If this still does not solve the issue, please contact email@example.com and we will work individually with you to fix the issues.

TrackR Standard Return Policy
The purchaser may return product(s) purchased from TrackR’s Online Store within 180 days of receiving the product(s). Only products that have been purchased directly from TrackR, either through www.tracker.co.th can be returned to TrackR at the address shown below. TrackR products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
There are some items that may be ineligible for return, including:
- TrackR bravo devices which have been engraved with a custom message
To return an item to TrackR, please ensure that the product(s) is carefully packaged and well protected. Please include a reason for the return and relevant order information, including the email address associated with the order and a transaction ID number. Please note that the cost of return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense and is non-refundable.
TrackR One (1) Year Unlimited Warranty
TrackR (the Company) warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should this product or any part thereof, under normal use and conditions, be proven defective in material or workmanship within 12 months from the date or original purchase (“Warranty Period”), such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced with new or reconditioned product (at the Company’s option) without charge for parts or repair labor. To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this Warranty, the product is to be delivered with proof of warranty coverage (e.g. date of billed sale), specification of defect(s), transportation prepaid, to TrackR’s office at the address shown below.
This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which, in the opinion of the Company, has suffered or been damaged through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, or accident. The extent of the Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement provided above and, in no event, shall the Company’s liability exceed the purchase price paid.
BY PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT
This Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties or liabilities. Any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, shall be limited to the duration of this written Warranty. Any action for breach of any warranty hereunder including any implied warranty of merchantability must be brought within a period or 24 months from date of original purchase. In no case shall the Company be liable for any consequential or incidental damages for breach of this or any other warranty. No person or representative is authorized to assume for the Company any liability other than expressed herein in connection with the sale of TrackR products.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty give you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
